Wan 2.2 Graybox to Rendered Sequence

A ComfyUI workflow for Wan 2.2 that enables character consistency and full stylistic control across grayboxed animated sequences — no LoRA training required. Documentation included.

These tests were done using 3 sequences animated in Blender and rendered with Flux Kontext depth LoRA + Wan 2.2 Fun Control with upscaling to achieve:
✅ Temporal + spatial consistency with the original animation
✅ (Relative) character consistency across sequences and environments
✅ 1080p+ outputs

This is super exciting for ultimately speeding up previs and production cycles in animation.
